Cookie Policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We use as few as we can. The only optional ones are Google Analytics cookies on myugcplanner.com, and they are set only if you press Accept.
Website (myugcplanner.com)
Analytics cookies: only with your consent
These let Google Analytics count visits and see which pages are useful. They hold a random ID, not your name or email. We have switched off Google's advertising features. If you reject, or change your mind later, we don't load Google Analytics and we remove these cookies.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits apart with a random ID, so repeat visits are counted once | 2 years |
_ga_MWQF6Z8PB3 | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current visit | 2 years |
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work, so they don't need consent.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
myugc-consent | Browser storage (not a cookie) | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we don't ask on every page | 12 months, then we ask again |
__cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cookie (Cloudflare) | Set by our hosting provider only when it checks for bots or attacks | Up to 30 minutes |
Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or any other font service.
Planner (app.myugcplanner.com)
The planner uses only strictly necessary cookies and storage, to keep you signed in and remember simple settings. It doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
__Secure-better-auth.session_token | Cookie | Keeps you signed in | 7 days, renewed while you use the planner. Until you close the browser if you untick "Remember me" |
__Secure-better-auth.dont_remember | Cookie | Set only if you untick "Remember me", so you're signed out when you close the browser | Until you close the browser |
myugc_workspace | Cookie | Remembers which workspace you had open | 400 days |
myugc_connect | Cookie | A security check while you connect a TikTok account | 10 minutes |
myugcplanner-sidebar-collapsed | Browser storage | Remembers whether you folded the sidebar | Until you clear it |
myugcplanner-flash | Browser storage (this tab only) | Shows a one-off message, such as "Post scheduled", after a page change | Removed once shown |
Changing your choice
Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page on myugcplanner.com to accept or reject analytics at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the planner's cookies, you won't be able to sign in.
